As I’m sure many others do in this group; I have a lot of problems with cleaning. It’s usually not really a problem when I’m medicated- but due to insurance issues I haven’t been medicated for months.
The lighter side of cleaning I’m okay with. Like tidying up, sweeping, dishes, I’m not the best but I can handle it much much more than the deeper cleaning aspects. It doesn’t help that I have contamination OCD and i feel like if I touch something gross that it’s seeping into my skin. I know that’s not a thing- but try telling that to my nervous system! Gloves don’t help either because I’m convinced there will be something contaminated inside the gloves the next time I use them. I guess I could use disposable gloves?
Anyway, how are you all with cleaning? Does anything help motivate you to do deep cleaning besides medication and societal pressure? Lol
