how do you process or get over

the awkward or cringy interactions you have with people?

i just hyperfocus on them and play them over and over in my head and just sort of say, "time heals all wounds," and wait like 2 weeks for me to slowly forget about it -- then randomly remember once or twice a year for the rest of my life.

anyone figured out a better way?
