How crucial really is diet affect ADHD medication?
Post Body

Been pondering about this a lot the last few days, I'm dealing with a few non-ADHD related health issues that are crushing my appetite currently, it hasn't been too bad as I'm used to intermittent-fasting.

I'm still adjusting to medication and recently added a booster in the afternoons to help with the crash, and it's been going fairly well although I'm not even at the 30 day mark so it may be to early to tell.

I do notice however, that I feel more ADHD than usual, I can still feel that I'm medicated but feel really spacey, tired, shorter than usual attention span/working memory.

Curious as to what experience others have had when it comes to diet and the efficacy of stimulant medication
