confused on my ADHD
Post Body

THIS IS A REPOST FROM EALIER BC I NEED PEOPLE TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS

idk how to explain it but I feel like I have adhd and then all of a sudden I'm doing my work and functioning fine. Welp all a sudden, here we go again got none of my work done all day, really tired, can't function, etc...

I just don't understand. Oh I forgot to say that I'm not formally diagnosed and I don't use any meds. I don't want to self diagnose. But the way that I function it makes me confused. Sometimes I have all the adhd symptoms and sometimes I am perfectly fine. I'm not trying to say that I don't have an instances where I have some symptoms.

I've talked to some of my friends about it and they think it makes sense that I have adhd. I even talked to a couple and they said "they already knew". I was surprised by this. And I didn't think it was that obvious. Yet my parents can't take the hints. I tried telling my mom and she asked why I thought that and I have a list of generic symptoms. Since then I've been to sacred to do anything.

Help me with my first question and help me build the courage and prepare for the talk with them. What should I lay out, any papers, online test results etc...? Thanks
