TW: Mention of miscarriage

Hello! I was wondering if any Afabs who have been pregnant can tell me what the physical sensations of being pregnant was like?

Im currently waiting for a test to arrive, it's probably nothing but I've had a few internal issues recently but most I don't pay any mind to. I described my sensations to my friend who were concerned I could be pregnant. Without me paying my body active attention or mind I don't feel things like that. I am on the Hyposensative side of adhd (clumsy, high pain tolerance etc) so I really don't notice pains or sensations unless they're particularly strong and bothering.

I had a miscarriage in may and was borderline gaslit by my friends in the early days because they told me if i was having one, i would be in excruciating pain. I was in pain but it wasn't anything that was crippling as such. Then the tests came back as positive and an apology came soon after.

I was just wondering if anyone can relate to this. Or maybe had experiences being pregnant but not really feeling a baby inside of them (in the early stages I guess) or maybe at all.

It would really put my mind at ease.
