Doctor prescribed me a very low dose for 15 days,only 10mg Adderall XR.

Its 10 days later had another appointment, tried to talk to doc about the brief/minimal effectiveness but docs not too keen on listening or I'm bad at conveying my thoughts, go figure lol. Its telehealth and doc is very brief, doesn't let me say much and/or bulldozes right past it. Didn't press the issue because don't want to seem like I'm seeking and I'm just so exhausted/unmedicated by this time in the day.

Doc sent in another script for same dose but a months supply. Will I have trouble getting this script filled say tommorow if it happens to be ready, as it's the same dosage and before the 15 days?

Or does it not matter because it's a whole nother script?

I know, I need to find a local doc/psych but money/transportation is tough right now especially with winter on its way
