Hi there!

I'm looking for any tips and tricks that help people deal with ADHD and it's manifestations or symptoms except medications. Do you know any practices, exercises, diet, tips and/or solutions that helps overcome symptoms of ADHD? E. g. listening to brown noise/natural sounds, meditation, caffeine-free diet, behavioral therapy and so on. What helps you stay focused and feel good except drugs?
