Hyperactivity & Judgement
Post Body

I get why non-ADHDers are judgemental of hyperactivity but also... can they just like, not sometimes? I'm a multitasker and I know that multitasking does decreases your focus on each activity, but to me it's like, do you want me to do only one thing and pay no attention & get nothing done, or do you want me to do multiple things at once and at least get something completed/understood?

I'm so frustrated about this right now. I don't know how to explain to people that I literally cannot just sit calmly and quietly and do one thing that I'm not extremely into/interested in. I'm at a work event at the moment and I've been getting constant stares today from this woman because I've been doing work on my laptop while listening to presentations and it's giving me so much anxiety.
