Hi!
I used to wake up 3:45am each day, start working at 4:00am and worked 9h a day in neat and tidy timeblocks every day, no days off plus trained too. Yet here I'm sure 100% of people don't do this. Why not?
In a lot of professions I think a hardcore regiment like this could carry you well if you can carry such regiment.
Now I don't do this routine anymore because I discovered I can do even better routine and do everything much more efficient but then I was on 2 days no sleep and my brain crashed and I started seeing things, got put to madhouse, fired, ADHD meds taken off and downward spiral to nothing.
Yet if I'd not went two days no sleep and had my brain crash, I'd probably built up to 10h work a day every day 1000 days in a row and better performance in athletics and max productivity everywhere from dusk till dawn till this day.
I also had a mil dollar project back then which I would've done and succeeded at if I didn't crash, so potential money was there.
I wasn't able to do such routine without ADHD meds but once I figured out stuff about myself and how to be superproductive I could've done this indefinitely with just 4x 5mg per day = 20mg methylphenidate per day.
