I often joke that I should deliberately make my mattress less comfortable and to get less ergonomic and comfortable furniture. I often experience of being frozen in place or being glued to wherever I may be sitting or lying and feel comfortable intensifies that "stuck" feeling. I'm just tired of all these "hacks" and tips and shifts in perspectives or whatever. I know what I need to do and why I do what I do, but the inertia often feels MONUMNETAL to overcome. I'm more ranting than anything else. I know what I need to do but will continue to self-sabotage until I reach a critical point that I have no choice but to act or become homeless or starve from inaction.
