Hi Guys,

33M

For various reasons, I had to stop my medication 2 months ago : Concerta 36MG (Methylphenidate).

Today, I still feel a little "crash" (tiredness, anxiety) at the end of the day similar to when I was on the meds.

It feels like my brain is still "wired" to thinking I am still on the meds :)

Did anyone had the same experience and does it ever go away one day?

Thank you!
