I’ve been on adderall for years and I had a good hold of it but ever since Covid happened I can’t get my routine and other external factors are coming up. My meds don’t seem to help, if I go much higher I have heart palpitations. It’s at its peak around 3 and I can work then but then I wired all night and in the mornings I can’t get up and struggle each day. I haven’t even been able to finish a single task this week. I meet with my doctor on Monday but I don’t even know what would help at this point. Or what alternatives there are to adderall. I take it 2x a day now because the extended release is too much for me and I don’t sleep.
