I struggle with procrastination and for content I'm not traditionally not interested in, I struggle to keep up with reading.
I am easily exhausted by academic material. Normally, I only have bandwith to around 20 to 25 pages.
Often times when I feel I need to take a break, it takes me a few hours to give me the motivation to come back and finish the chapter. Then I lose the day and accidentally fall asleep then boom, I'm behind the reading.
I'm trying to tackle my procrastination habit. I wonder audio books would help. As the audio keeps going, I'll just highlight.
Need some tips.
