Brain Fog / grogginess

Post Body
So it looks like I have adhd; Iβm going for an official eval next month, but it sure does fit. Iβm in my early β60βs, I really wish they could have figured this out long ago. I feel like my life has been robbed. At any rate, I was wondering if grogginess / fatigue could be caused by adhd. Just like brain fog; I exercise regular, and the only time it subsides itβs during exercise and shortly after. Advice?
