Is that silly? I saw someone use an apple watch and they talked to it, like "hey Siri, set timer for 5 minutes" and I thought wow that would be so useful! I have an Android and the Google assistant is crap and never picks up when I'm talking to it so I just stopped using it.
I'm trying to use my phone less, and the watch seems useful for this to some degree. But then I'm worried I'm just being impulsive because of the "cool" factor and it won't be all that useful. They aren't cheap so I'm trying to make an informed decision but I'm also overwhelmed with all the information and tech jargon.
If anyone has experience with a smart watch or general advice pertaining to this, I would be grateful to hear from you.
