like…does anyone ever do this? i’ve been doing it for years and years and even though i’ve met a fair amount of people who have done/do the same thing, i still feel like it isn’t very normalized and i feel like i’m being silently judged whenever i’m caught doing it. i have a tendency to just blurt out the most random thoughts whenever i’m alone (or if i at least think i’m alone)
