I've recently learnt maybe the reason I always toss and turn because my arms are flailing about all the time.
I think maybe there nothing for me to hold on to?
It the same probablem when sitting on the couch my feet need to be planted on a foot stall or I can't keep still lol.
I think my entire body just feels weird with gravity or something lmao.
I've thought about body pillows but I don't think pillows work for me at all there either two big or they fall out of my arms whenever I try to hug it.
