Being hyper and depressed sucks or am I crazy lol I could be crazy idk I think I've reached my breaking point...
Ha idk um, I basically feel like I have all the energy in the world but but mentally and physically I'm well aware I definitely do not lol.
I've tried going shopping and feel like I want pass out...
I end up sitting on the couch all day or in bed sleeping unless I'm out with support workers
I just feel sad
Maybe I just need friends
