What games let you be ADHD? Tbh I've having a extremely bad time mentally and need distractions

I really need games where I can do constant tasks or chaos.

So far factorio and carts of glory hold my engagement same with cities skylines.

Idk I need a good mix of chaos lots of tasks to do

Maybe stuff to click on as well. I love fishing because it lots of mouse clicking if that's makes sense.

I enjoy euro truck simulator because of the driving

I need lots movement that right I movement I think

I want something to constantly distract myself with you know idk I've been super stressed lately

Only games I don't like atm is no man's sky because ships are too slow or star dew valley of Dave the diver
