How to not be bored?

I play a lot of games but even though I generally enjoy them I think I find I get bored a lo One minute I'll play dream light valley or the next factoria and maybe track mania.

Idk if I get bored or I just flip a dice and go I'll play this instead or maybe I'll play that.

Or in RPGs I don't finish them because I've hoarded all my quests logs and items I've looted

Or I rage at a puzzle because I can't understand the cues or even clues to solve it.

My brain is seething at portal 2...

I find I can't sit through a 10 minute YouTube video but I can sit through a 2 hour movie what's up with that also?
