I get a prescription of vyvanse and a prescription of Adderall. I take the vyvanse in the morning and when I work in the evening I take the Adderall because it's shorter acting, but because I haven't been able to get the Adderall I have to take the vyvanse 2 times a day. I have a lot going on in my life that I need to accomplish, trying to start a buisness and working after work while also learning buisness management and accounting, and that requires many hours of focus, my ADHD is so bad when I'm off my meds Its a miracle I can even tie my shoes. I don't know what to do, I'm going to run out of my meds and I can't fill the prescription.
