I (23M) have been diagnosed with adhd 4 years ago. I was treated with concerta and then vyvanse but discontinued treatment because it was causing me erectile dysfunction. I decided to switch to strattera to see if things would get better. I'm 1 day into the treatment but things seem to be even worse so far, I literally cannot even get semi-hard. It's a bit early to be totally discouraged but I don't see why this side effect would go away with time if it didn't go away when I was on concerta/vyvanse.
this is really hard for me as it is the only side effects which bothers me, otherwise meds are absolutely awesome for me. I don't want to stop getting treatment for adhd but the erectile dysfunction is really a deal breaker. I don't want to add cialis either.

Is there an option for me ?
