This might be totally random and not actually a symptom of my adhd but just me being silly. Nevertheless I wanted to ask why I sometimes have this urge to „shout“ sometimes. Like sometimes I scream/shout some song lyrics (I listen to rap so they lend themselves to it) like think of the „THIS IS SPARTAAA“ delivery and that’s basically how I sometimes just wanna shout cause my brain just feels it sometimes.

Is this some aspect of ADHD (probably the H part would be my best guess) or is it just some quirk I got that’s separate? Not trying to put a label on EVERYTHING I do, but that question just came to mind so I need answers please (best guesses are also welcome 😂)
