Hard times.

My ADHD presents as intense anxiety. This goes up and down but at the moment it's the highest it's ever been. Hyper emotional, the smallest things, whether it good news or bad news makes me burst into tears. Does anyone have any secret tips that could help me control my anxiety?. I've done all the practical methods. I think medication is an inevitability. can't seem to get out of this hole.
