Hello! I've come seeking help for my daughter. She's in middle school and is having difficulty remembering to write down homework when assigned in class. In previous grades, the teachers either sent work home or posted the assignment on Google Classroom. Now, since she's older, she's expected to be more self-sufficient. Which, I totally understand. However, her ADHD is preventing her from remembering to write down these assignments.
When pressed about missed assignments she replies with "I don't know!" We're trying to be understanding about her ADHD. But, we're at a loss on how to figure out a solution. Last year she had an agenda that she used. However, she struggled to remember to use that as well.
Are there any tips anyone has?
Thanks in advance. Apologies if this question has been asked previously. But, y'know the Reddit search capabilities and all that.
