Could gene tests help in determining the right ADHD medication?
Post Body

I've tried multiple ADHD medications like Ritalin, Focalin, and Adderall and they've made me very depressed when I'm normally not and not helped my productivity (Focalin did at the start). I was considering a gene test as my therapist recommended it as potentially being useful for identifying medication testing that could work, but I learned that this is mainly used for depression. Has anyone done this before and found a solution?

My provider recommended Genomind but I'm concerned about predatory pricing practices.
