Ears feel full of fluid when I take adderall

I’m a 19yr old female who has taken adderall in high school and then started again for college. I didn’t experience this in high school very much that I remember but my ears feel full of fluid after I take my adderall xr (20mg). It makes it hard to hear and it goes away a little when I yawn or swallow. But if I yawn or swallow I can hear crackling in my ears and it gets worse when I exercise or talk a lot. I also seem to produce more mucus when I take adderall so idk if that’s related. Does anyone else experience this or is it a separate issue?
