I’ve been on Vyvanse and Ritalin, both have made Me anti-social, moody, and just all around not a nice person. I complain about this to my psychiatrist and she prescribed me concerta, what do you know I am now able function as a normal human being. My focus has never been better, I’m happy and charismatic like my normal self when not on meds, and best of all I haven’t procrastinated since I’ve been prescribed.

All in all, I’m just really confused about how the different medicines affect me knowing they’re all stimulants. Adderall makes me tired, antisocial, and focused. Ritalin makes me depressed and angry, but it helps me focus the most. Vyvanse does the same thing to me as Adderall but it lasts all day as opposed to a few hours. Is it because they release different chemicals in my brain?
