From my phone: 1,358 unread emails
10 unread texts
10 unheard voicemails, including some from months ago that I can’t bring myself to listen to nor delete.
Not sure if this is an ADHD trait in itself, but I am pretty bad at communication. I can’t count the number of times I have replied late to people, apologizing for taking so long to respond 😭
