So i have a medication question. I am prescribed Adderall IR and have a dose in the morning (20mg) and booster (10mg) in the afternoon. At my last visit with the doc he asked if that booster was working or if it needed to be bumped up, it was borderline needing to be increased but not fully to that point yet so i just told him to leave it. Before he left he told me to give the clinic a call if i felt i needed it bumped up at all.

Fast forward to last week when i was due for a refill, i talked to the nurse and asked if we could increase the dosage some. Unfortunately my doc had a family emergency and was out of the office all week. So i was out of meds, and by Monday i just needed a refill and the regular nurse was out so i ended up with the same dosages. Then the next day the nurse calls and says they upped the dosage and script would be sent to the pharmacy. Because of all the nightmare stories i hear, i’m really wary about the pharmacy flagging me as a pill seeker. Will the pharmacy be sketched out if i pick up the increased dose in the same week as my refill?

TL;DR: ended getting dose increase Rx the day after a refill, will the pharmacy frown on me for picking that up?
