I started with 40 mg and felt like things were going good. No anxiety at first but my appetite was very suppressed. I honestly didn’t mind this and I lost 10 pounds in two months from eating very little. I asked for an increase and my doctor went up to 80 mg.

I felt this was way too much too soon. Shortly after I experienced the worst panic attack of my life. Now my period is super delayed and I think I’m experiencing telogen effluvium. I’m way more anxious than I need to be. I asked for a decrease so we went down to 60 mg. But I’m still anxious and my hair is still shedding a lil more than I’d like to.

Should I go back down to 40 mg or just stop using Straterra? I felt like I was noticing some positive effects on my time management in the beginning, but I don’t want to continue taking the drug if anxiety and hair loss is going to be my reality.
