Journaling to stay on task
Post Body

I can’t believe I didn’t realise this before now… Been using a journal for 5 years maybe, writing down cool ideas that I never go back too, ranting about life, processing events and emotions. But never did it go up for me that: It can be used to stay on the same page…. Everyday! No swaying in between 100 different options, by just reading thru whatever u wrote on the day before. Keeping a weekly log over what the focus was this week and where the focus went, why it went there how it felt, things that didn’t go as planned or things that you learned. Literally an eyeopening discovery!💡 What do you use your journal for? And does it look neat like we see in movies and such?, for me it’s not comfortable to look over it’s very unorganised and not pretty.
