share apartament routine and medication
Post Body

Hello, I will probably make several posts because this month I started living on my own for the first time and I have problems getting into the routine. The biggest problem is remembering to take my medication. My classes started this week and I forgot them both days. This caused me to be very sleepy (I also take another medication besides for my ADHD), but above all, I was super tired and distracted in the lessons. At home my parents used to remind me, they would put the bottle on the table for breakfast (I'm 20 but they're on top of me with this issue) or I'd see my brother take his things and I'd remember. Part of the problem is that I have the pills in my room and not in the kitchen, because I share an apartment and I still don't know how to explain it to the rest of my roommates (one of them is my best friend and she IS okay with helping me). What advice would you give me so I can remember?
