I wanna start swimming regularly. Iv put on weight and just generally feel shit and unproductive, since I'm out of school for a year and job hunting rn.
I also have hupermobility related chronic pain and swimming is one of the best forms of exercise to at least gain some muscle and help w it.
Either way it would be just generally good for me, plus I live only a ten minute walk from a pool, but idk how to make myself go regularly. I'm worried I'll spend the like 85 quid for a months membership and go like twice.
I hardly fucking leave my house for various reasons, so how the fuck do I make sure I don't waste my currently limited money?
