it’s like I can’t stop wanting to clean or stop focusing on it and it keeps happening, I’ll go 1-2 months and do jack shit and then I’ll get these days or like a week long period where I can get shit done and it’s all I focus on and I feel really good about myself then it all turns over again and it’s impossible for me to get a grip on being productive at all. I am on concerta and that only helps sometimes. I was wondering if anyone had any tips that weren’t “gO mAke a scHeDUle”
