Do you ever feel confused and completely lost?

Been recently feeling lost not knowing what to do.
Mind feels kind of fuzzy it just feels out of it.
It feels kind of distant.
Like it wants to process information but it doesn't Or it is but it lost the brain cell to do said processing of information. Or the brain is the one doing the pacing yeah that it unlike me it feels like my brain is pacing
Maybe it's because I haven't showered yet God I hate showers. Idk I think im dealing with a lot atm
