Tips for processing speed

Hi, my eldest 8m is textbook ADHD. Per his most recent cognitive tests at school, it seems he has a slower processing speed. I’m not surprised at all but wondering how I can improve it?
He’s on medication, goes to therapy, has one-on-one tutoring, and I try to make sure he’s reading a lot at home. Is there anything else you find that can help?
