How do I support my partner with ADHD & does not treat it?

Post Body

I have been diagnosed ADHD and medicated on and off since age 7. Getting back on the right meds has changed my life for the better as far as organization, housework, curbing impulsivity, the list goes on. These are also some of the things I’ve noticed my partner struggling with (more so after I was medicated and doing a lot of self work) I’ve asked if l he believes medication would help and he agrees that it might. I do think he’s not keen on being medicated. As someone who has been diagnosed and medicated for most of my life, i’m a bit lost when it comes to how to help him help himself if that makes sense? TIA for the advice 🫶🏼
