Hey guys, what are things you do to minimize your ADHD symptoms. Looking for ways to manage and minimize my symptoms. Looking for tips for better overall mental health. What some things you’d recommend? I’m thinking along the lines of diet, exercise, therapies, etc open to anything out of the box. Meds and stuff are helping but need to gain a better hold on my ADHD, OCD, anxiety.
