Is asking for an office a reasonable accommodation for ADHD?

Post Body
I very much struggle at jobs with open floor plans. It can be very overwhelming and overstimulating with all the sound that’s going on. Today it reached a head, and im seated in the conference room with the lights turned off, trying to fight off a migraine. I’m literally nauseous and shaking. Is this something that’s reasonable? And how would I go about this? I’m afraid of even disclosing my ADHD because the last time I did that I got fired from my job
