Manic or ADHD?
Wondering what differences there could be between a manic persons texts and a persons with hyper focused ADHD. Real life examples would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
I notice that sometimes I will send someone a lot of texts in a row really quickly when I’m feeling passionate or excited about something but sometimes I question whether I am feeling manic or if it’s due to my ADHD. Is this an ADHD thing?
I worry about this because I later realize how intense I must come off.
