Picking up a language has always been difficult for me, as an adult who can only speak one language id really like to be able to understand another. Iโve taken language classes and none of that really stayed in my brain. I think that was because i had no desire to learn the language i was learning. I also tried duolingo to learn norwegian, because i had made a norwegian friend and with some help from her i learned a bit, but that was a long time ago so i donโt remember much. Of course i always hear bad things about duolingo. Has anyone here actually been able to use an app to learn a new language?
