I cannot accept that I am the only one that feels this. I will get distracted from a task, hate that I got distracted from it, and then waste more time because I am upset I wasted the first amount of time. I have spent three distracted hours on notes for one lecture that probably could have taken two hours at most.
I also feel the anger spiral of ADHD super damn hard basically all the time. I cannot think of a time where I have not been angry at least mildly. Am I alone?
