Hey guys, so I’m on a mix of meds for ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety.. the whole nine yards…Im on a total of like 5 meds. I noticed when Dexedrine was added it helped a lot with some of my adhd symptoms. Lamatrogine was added later on and it really improved the depression and even helped a bit with the ocd. The downfall was that my focus is no longer as good as it was before adding lamatrogine. My doc tried me on the other adhd meds and they worked great for focus but didn’t lift the depression or help my motivation. When she took me off Dexedrine to try other adhd meds my depression came back and lost my motivation but could focus better. Oddly enough it seems like those two together are helping with some symptoms…So I pretty much have to choose between better focus but low mood and low motivation, or less focus and better mood/better motivation. Weird interaction with these two meds. Anyone experience anything similar? Thoughts? ( I’m also on Prozac, Abilify, Risperdone and gabby as needed..
