What kind of readings you are getting?
My average used to be about 125/80. I'm 49 male. After an hour of taking Ritalin LA 30mg in the morning it goes to 140/85 or sometimes even close to 150/90. But the strange thing is that when the meds have worn off I can have very good readings I never got before like 110/75. I'm quite tall and skinny but lost a few pounds too. Maybe it's the meds helping me to deal with stress and anxiety. I take Ritalin LA 30mg in the morning and 20mg LA around 2pm.
