ADHD, Alcoholism and anxiety

Quick summary: Currently have a script for methylphenidate(ritalin).. Working good, but over the past year have developped an alcoolism problem, which has exacerbated a previously underlying problem of sometimes intense social anxiety... Assuming I can take care of the alcool issue, would asking for Rx help for anxiety meds jeopardize my adhd Rx?
