How does it affects you?
I think mine goes up a bit (by 5-15) for a few hours after taking my Ritalin LA.Then later on it occasionally goes to much lower (by ~10) than I used to have it (around 125/80). Maybe less stress, being more active and eating better decreases it but the stimulant raises it temporarily I think. I'm not sure if it's a problem? I take Ritalin LA 30mg at 8am and Ritalin LA 20mg at 2pm.
