Sleeping After Taking Meds

Woke up in the morning pretty sluggish, so I took 60 mg adderall extended release, then slept for two hours and a half right after taking it. Mind you, I had a full night’s rest—slept for like 7/8 hours. But still, now, I just want to go back to sleep SO bad. Sometimes it’s like my meds work, then sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve actually noticed it works once a week, usually around Wednesdays, then just doesn’t the rest of the week.
