Motivation help?

Math prof here, but still have adhd. I need to prepare to teach my first class of the semester tomorrow, in 20 hours to be more precise. But since my brain is wired for procrastination I can't seem to motivate myself to work on preparing for class (e.g. doing the reading, coming up with the homework, final tweaks on syllabus, making class website.) ... Any advice?
