First, open a note on your laptop or phone.
Write down the first thing (not necessarily the highest priority) that you need to do right now.
For example: I need to clean up my room.
Now, stop and continue or finish whatever you're doing (playing a game, watching YouTube, etc.).
THEN DO IT, but use this affirmation: I will do it even if I have no energy, I will do it even if I have to pause every X minutes
That's it! Final affirmation: It's okay if today I can only finish one thing!
